This oestrogen support supplement combines four plant-based ingredients: red clover leaf extract, Pimpinella anisum (anise), black cohosh root extract and flax seed powder. Each two-capsule serving contains 100 mg red clover extract, 200 mg anise, 100 mg black cohosh extract and 500 mg flax seed powder.
The formula is intended to support healthy oestrogen levels and metabolism, while helping with common peri-menopausal and menopausal concerns such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes and reduced sexual desire. Flax seed provides fibre, omega-3 fatty acids and lignans, while red clover and black cohosh provide plant compounds associated with menopausal support.
Take two capsules daily. The product information recommends using Estrogen Pro for at least three months. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
