We respect your privacy. It is of the utmost importance to us! Only our staff see any account deets, and we all sign confidentiality agreements before starting at Matilda's. So you can breathe easy - you are safe with us!

We've put many steps in place to protect you and your personal information, like unbranded packaging, a discreet 'from' address, etc. We understand that our customers' orders are private, so it's on the forefront of our minds at all times. 

We engage stealth mode for parcel delivery! Your goodies will be wrapped in tissue and packed into a plain unmarked box, which is then couriered inside the appropriate packaging for the delivery method you have chosen.

There is no Matilda’s branding on the outside of the parcel, and even the return (or sender) address is discreet. All of our orders are 100% discreetly packaged - nobody else will know where the box is from.

We keep all your information private and secure, and only staff can see the  details required to process your orders. All of our staff sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements to ensure that your information is absolutely and completely safe.

Our website is encrypted (that’s why you see that little lock icon in the URL bar) to keep your information secure. All the information you put into the site is encrypted for your security. For credit card payments, we only use trusted and  reputable payment systems, all approved by South African banks to process credit card payments. No credit-card data is stored on our site.
