The formula contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12 and E, alongside magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, folate, biotin and chromium. It also includes L-arginine, L-carnitine, choline, lycopene and gotu kola extract. Each pack contains 60 capsules, and the formula is gluten-free and tartrazine-free.

Take two capsules daily after breakfast as part of your everyday routine. During the week before menstruation, take two capsules twice daily after meals. Femolene Daily should not be taken during pregnancy.
