The Sofia Menstrual Cup collects rather than absorbs, so it can be worn for up to 12 hours before being removed, cleaned and reinserted. It’s made from 100% medical-grade silicone and can be reused for up to five years, giving you a practical alternative to disposable pads and tampons.

The Sofia comes in three sizes, so you can choose according to your body, cervix height and flow. Extra Small holds 16 ml and measures 38 mm in diameter and 56.5 mm long, including a 15 mm stem. It suits teenagers, petite users, very low cervixes and lighter flow. Small holds 28 ml and measures 43 mm in diameter and 63.8 mm long, including a 16.3 mm stem. It suits those under 30, lower cervixes, bladder sensitivity and light to medium flow. Large holds 36 ml and measures 47 mm in diameter and 69.5 mm long, including an 18 mm stem. It suits those over 30, a higher cervix, heavier flow and people who have given birth vaginally or by C-section.

The Double Box gives you a little more flexibility, with two size combinations to choose from: X-Small/Small or Small/Large.
