Each ball is 3.8cm in diameter with a smooth medical-grade silicone exterior, soft to the touch and easy to wear. There are three weights (57g, 73g, and 86g) give you clear stages to progress through. The internal weighted core moves slightly during wear, which prompts the muscles to engage naturally without any deliberate effort required.

It has a flexible retrieval cord sits flush against the silicone and makes removal straightforward. The seamless surface has no joins or ridges, which keeps cleaning simple. The muscle memory builds up over time. That's really the point of having three stages rather than one.
