These Cock-Sheath Inserts come as a set of three clear flexTPR pieces, each one shaped to sit inside the shaft of your Oxballs cocksheath and alter the internal fit. Slipping one or more into place shifts how the sheath sits against your body, bringing it closer and reducing any looseness between the sheath and skin.

FlexTPR is soft and elastic, warming quickly to body temperature and holding its shape through use. The material is body-safe, lube-compatible, and transparent, so the inserts disappear inside the toy once in place.

The inserts work by adjusting the internal length of the shaft. Fitting a single insert creates a modest change in how the sheath grips.
