Payment is quick and easy with Visa, Master Card, or Maestro Credit Cards. Please note that we have 3D secure to protect you from naughty credit card fraud... You can also pay by bank transfer directly into the Matildas bank account. Our banking details will be provided during the ordering process.

What are my payment options?

We have plenty! You can pay by debit card, credit card, EFT or direct deposit - whichever is most convenient for you. Please note that if you place your order by phone or email, you will have to pay by EFT or direct deposit. Online orders can be paid by credit card. For your own security, we do not take any credit card numbers over the phone or by email.

If paying via credit card - our secure site will take your our 3rd party payment page for you to enter your card details after selecting the “Place Order” button. 3D secure payment confirmation will also happen here. Upon completion you will be taken to the order confirmation page.

What is 3D Secure?

It's more secure for your card! Yip - All South African Banks are now participating in 3D SecureCode for the protection of their clients against fraud. To activate your Secure Internet Shopping, click on the appropriate link below (remember to choose the bank your credit card is with) and follow the steps to activate your Credit Card with 3D SecureCode. You will need your cellphone handy as your Bank will contact you via SMS with your Secure Code.

How do I confirm my payment?

Easy Peasy! If you are paying by credit card, there is no need to send us proof of payment, as this happens automatically. If you are paying by EFT or direct deposit, please email your proof of payment to or fax it to 0866 881 922. If we do not receive your POP we will wait until your payment reflects on our bank statement (this could take up to 3 days)

Can I pay COD?

Nope - sorry! All orders need to be paid for before they are dispatched, so COD is not possible.
