Cup Size Measurements

Measure your body as described below to find out your perfect size. You may need a friend or partner to help you with a measuring tape. Very Inportant that you remember to measure in Inches!! You will be subrtacting two measurements to find the perfect cup size.

How to measure for Bra Size

1. Measure Band Size

Place the tape measure around your torso, just under your breasts, keeping your arms down by your sides. Make sure the tape measure stays completely horizontal to the floor.

Check the measurement and round up to the nearest even number. So if your bust is 33 1/2 inches, round up to 34 inches.

2. Measure Bust Size

Place the tape measure loosely around your back and across your nipples. Take note of the measurement.
To figure out your cup size you will need to subtract the Band Size from the Bust Size.

Lets do the maths
To Find your Ideal Cup Size

EXAMPLE: If your Band Size measured at 38 Inches and your Bust Size is 41 Inches. That's 38 - 41 = 3.
What does this mean in Cup Sizes?

Understanding the Difference in Inches:
If the difference in inches is 1 inch or less then the cup size is a A.
If the difference is more than 1 inches or up to 2 inches, then your cup size is B. If it was more than 2 or up to 3 inches, then your Cup Size is a C.
You get the idea right? So from the example above, your Bra Size would then be 38C.

Things You Ought to Consider

When Buying Lingerie

Anais Sollea Chemise

BABYDOLLS

These are fairly loose-fitting pieces so whether you are a size 34 or 36, it shouldn't make too much of a difference. If the piece has adjustable straps, it can always be adjusted to fit your bust.

BODY STOCKINGS

Body Stockings don't offer much support in the cup size area, so regardless of your breast size concentrate more on your standard waist and hip measurements. These usually have quite a lot of giving and stretch to accommodate your chest region.

CORSETS

These sexy pieces are designed to be very fitted so as to enhance the waist and accentuate the bust. Keep in mind most corsets do have a lace-up detail that will allow you to adjust the size to your body.

BUSTIERS

This style of lingerie is similar to a corset but without the intensely fitted waist. With bustier lingerie, it is important to note the cup size more than the waist measurements.
