- We use leading courier services to ensure your order arrives safely, securely and discreetly. We can send parcels to your door or to your nearest post office.
- Will my order be discreet?
- Absolutely, 100% discreet! All packages are twice-wrapped and put into a tamper-proof shipping bag that is free of labels or branding.
- Do I need a post box if I want a post-office delivery?
- Nope. If you want a post-office delivery, simply select the "Post Office" option and then enter your physical address for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number and will be able to collect it at the post office when it arrives.
- What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
- Your parcel will always arrive safely. We use couriers for all deliveries which means that your order is tracked from the time it leaves us until the time it's signed for.
- Where will the invoice be sent?
- Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll automatically be emailed a confirmation- not an invoice. To ensure your absolute privacy, invoices will not be emailed, posted or included with your parcel. Access your invoice at any time by simply logging in with your username and password and selecting view/save/download/print. Our invoices are digital only in order to protect your privacy.
- What will the return shipping address show?
- The return shipping address will be 100% discreet and unrelated to Matilda's or anything intimate.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is inexpensive and is determined by the weight of your order. Method of delivery is decided upon by you and will be calculated at the time of your "checkout". The bottom line of the invoice will reflect delivery costs and is included in payment when you place your order.
- When will my delivery arrive?
- You will receive your order within one (maybe 2) working day(s). Please be advised that couriers do not collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays. Also, Matilda’s cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to strikes, delayed aeroplanes or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
- We have temporarily stopped shipping outside South Africa due to our over-eager customs officials who have been making it very difficult and time consuming to send intimate products to our neighbouring countries. We hope to sort this out ASAP!
- Does Matilda's deliver to rural or remote areas?
- Of course! We deliver to anywhere in the country. If there are no door deliveries in your area then your order will be sent to your nearest post office. You will have a tracking number so that you can easily track you order at any time. Rural deliveries may take 2 days to arrive.
